Strengthen Your Bond. Deepen Trust. Create Lasting Connection.
Are you and your partner drifting apart instead of growing together?
Or perhaps your relationship feels strong, but you want to be more intentional. You want to improve communication and navigate life’s transitions with more clarity.
Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFCT)
Through Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFCT), we’ll explore the deeper attachment needs and patterns shaping your dynamic.

EFCT couples therapy offers a proven path forward towards healing. You don’t have to keep striving in every area of your life—your relationship can be a place of ease, connection, and support.
While EFCT doesn’t eliminate conflict entirely, it helps you repair disconnection quickly. You’ll leave therapy with the tools and confidence to build a resilient partnership—grounded in love, trust, and emotional safety.

My Approach to Couples Therapy:
Emotionally Focused Therapy
-
Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) is an evidence-based approach that helps couples identify emotional patterns, strengthen bonds, and deepen connection [1].
As the gold standard for couples therapy, EFT is backed by decades of research. Studies show 70-75% of couples move from distress to recovery, and 90% report significant improvement in their relationship [2] [3]. It has been shown to be effective across diverse relationship types, cultures, and backgrounds [4].

As a therapist with a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy and advanced training in Emotionally Focused Therapy, I am committed to helping couples create secure, fulfilling relationships.
With 15+ years of experience in Human Behavior, Psychology, and Holistic Health, my approach integrates evidence-based, attachment-focused, and systemic methods. I help couples break free from negative cycles, heal attachment wounds, and build a lasting emotional connection.
My personal journey of moving from disorganized attachment as a child to secure attachment as an adult has profoundly shaped my work. I understand the complexities of relational distress, the impact of attachment wounds, and the challenges couples face—even in secure relationships.
Through a compassionate and supportive approach, I create a space where both partners, no matter your background, feel heard, valued, and emotionally safe as they work toward a deeper, more fulfilling connection.
When couples feel secure and understood, they can navigate challenges together, express their needs confidently, and show up for each other in meaningful ways.

Multicultural & Inclusive Healing for Individuals
Our identities as women can be shaped by cultural, societal, and generational influences. This impacts how we experience mental health and navigate life’s challenges. As a culturally responsive and inclusive therapist, I am here to provide a safe, compassionate space where your unique story is honored.
Seeking support can feel intimidating. Barriers like stigma, systemic inequities, or the challenge of finding a therapist who truly understands your experiences can make it difficult to take the first step.
I’m committed to bridging that gap by exploring challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, emotional exhaustion, or generational cycles with curiosity and compassion.
