Therapy Intensives for Individuals & Couples in Denver, Colorado

Where transformation meets intention.

Deep healing, real breakthroughs, and soulful reconnection—all in one immersive space

Sometimes, weekly therapy just isn’t enough.

When you’re craving real movement—in your healing, your relationship, or your life—a therapy intensive offers a sacred pause.

A space to go deeper, faster, and more intentionally.

Whether you’re navigating a midlife awakening, relational disconnection, or a season of self-reinvention, intensives offer a focused, accelerated path toward lasting change.

This is the work that shifts you…from holding it all together to feeling deeply whole, from disconnection to embodied clarity and self-trust.

What are Therapy Intensives?

Intensives are immersive, half-day or multi-day therapy experiences designed for deep, concentrated healing.

Unlike weekly sessions, they give you uninterrupted space to explore what’s been buried, stuck, or out of alignment—and begin rewriting the patterns holding you back.

You’ll begin with a personalized consultation and assessment to set clear intentions, followed by a 3–4 hour, 1-day, or 2-day intensive tailored to your needs.

For Individuals:
Therapy Intensives for Women

Come home to yourself—one layer at a time.

This is for the high-achieving, heart-led woman who’s done the work.
But she still feels disconnected—like something’s missing.
Or like she’s outgrown the version of herself she’s held together.

You’ve spent years giving, striving, and managing it all.

This intensive individual therapy offers a pause.
A space to go deeper than a single session allows.
A chance to create movement and reconnect with the woman within.

It’s about creating space to remember yourself again.

Rooted in my integrative approach, individual intensives blend clinical wisdom with intuitive guidance, nervous system work, and inner child healing.

This isn’t surface-level. It’s soul-deep.

Integration Support (Aftercare)

Deep healing deserves gentle integration.

Transformation doesn’t end when the intensive does. Insights keep unfolding. Emotions surface.

That’s why I offer integration sessions—intentional, post-intensive therapy available at an hourly rate per session after the intensive package. These sessions are designed to support your continued integration and healing:

For Individuals, integration may include:

  • Nervous system healing and emotional processing

  • Nervous System and Wiser Self Tools: inner child healing, parts work, intuitive reflection

  • Rebuilding self-trust, clarity, and grounded confidence

For Couples, integration may support:

  • Practicing communication tools in real life

  • Re-establishing emotional safety and repair

  • Deepening connection through follow-through, not just insight

This is where your growth becomes embodied from the bottom-up and sustainable.

FAQs

  • Yes. Many clients choose to follow an intensive with weekly therapy sessions for integration. Others begin with an intensive to jumpstart the work before transitioning to weekly support.

  • Follow-up integration sessions are recommended but not included in the intensive package. These sessions are offered at my standard hourly rate and can be scheduled separately to support continued growth.

  • Intensives are offered in person only. Clients must be physically located in Colorado during the intensive. Some clients choose to travel to Denver for this experience.

  • You do not have to begin with a 2-day intensive. I offer a 3–4 hour mini intensive and 1-day formats as well. See “Format & Options” section above for details.

  • Each 1-day or 2-day intensive includes a 45-minute pre-intensive phone consultation with each partner (or with the individual client), 8 reserved hours per day, and up to 7 hours of active therapy work daily. These experiences also include intentional breaks, personalized resources, and optional creative integration activities.

  • Intensives are ideal if you’re feeling stuck, disconnected, or ready for a deeper level of healing. Whether you’ve tried therapy before or this is your first step, intensives offer focused support for meaningful transformation. (See “Is an Intensive Right for You?” section above for guidance.)

  • Hourly intensive rates start at $200/hour for individuals and $250/hour for couples. Final cost depends on the format selected. I am considered an out-of-network provider.

  • 50% of the fee will be charged to reserve your intensive date and time. This payment is:

    • Fully refundable up to 14 days before the scheduled date

    • 50% refundable if canceled 7–13 days in advance

    • Non-refundable if canceled 6 days or fewer before the scheduled date

The remaining 50% will be charged on the first day of the intensive.

You may reschedule without penalty if a reschedule request is made more than two weeks in advance. Requests to reschedule less than one week before your intensive may not be granted and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
