The Transition: The Middle
The transition: The Middle
In 2012, a tragic accident involving my parents shattered my reality. Everything I knew about life, success, and relationships came into question. My grief cracked me open, forcing me to confront who I was, what I wanted, and the relationships I was creating. For years, I had lived for external expectations—checking all the right boxes but feeling deeply disconnected. This loss became the catalyst for healing and transformation.
Through therapy and my background in Human Behavior, Psychology, and Holistic Health, I rebuilt my life and relationships from the inside out. It was a spiritual awakening that made me rethink success, love, and self-worth.
During this time, I was also doing my own relational work. My journey from disorganized to secure attachment allows me to understand what it’s like to heal childhood wounds and create a secure relationship with self and others. I know the weight of relational distress, attachment wounds, and the patterns that keep us stuck.
By 2016, I left the corporate world to start my coaching business. I guided hundreds of individuals and couples toward growth and emotional wholeness. But as my work deepened, so did my calling. I wanted to become a therapist. The global mental health crisis during the pandemic made it clear I was meant to expand my impact. I returned to school to pursue my Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy.
In 2017, I met my now-husband. While our relationship is secure and fulfilling, I’ve learned that even the healthiest relationships require intention, emotional safety, and vulnerability. Love alone isn’t enough. True connection takes awareness, effort, and a willingness to grow.
Because I’ve walked this path, I understand the challenges of healing, trusting again, and creating secure relationships. Whether you’re seeking deeper intimacy, breaking old patterns, or learning to trust yourself and others, I know what’s possible, and I’m here to walk that path with you.
